Kazakhstan is currently being overwhelmed by applications from other parts of the world. As a result, adoptions are going to slow dramatically from that country. It is currently impossible to estimate how long an adoption will take. People waiting to adopt should not rely on past time frames for adoption from Kazakhstan. They are no longer applicable.
