Sunrise primarily accepts applications for countries that are members of the Hague Adoption Convention. A list of member countries may be found on the US Department of State website. We do not, however, facilitate adoptions from Cambodia or Guatemala. Sunrise has intercountry program managers for each region shown on the map below.
