Waiting Parents Support Group
This group meets monthly and is offered by Sunrise, free of charge, for those waiting to adopt a child. Whether you have completed your homestudy, or are still working on it, taking part in these meetings will give you a supportive network through which you can generate ideas, share resources, maintain a positive outlook.

Single Parent Support Group
Our single parent support group is led by one of the Sunrise social workers. The group meets monthly at the Sunrise office. It allows single parents adopting from anywhere in the world to meet and discuss their adoption process and obtain support for this challenging task.
Birthparent Support Group
This support group is offered by Sunrise free of charge to all birthparents who have placed, or are considering placing, a child for adoption. The purpose of this group is to provide birthparents with a support network. This group meets the last Tuesday evening of each month in the Vancouver area.
