Tainted Milk in Chinese Baby Formula

Parents who have adopted, or are in the process of adopting, from China, are understandably concerned by the reports of tainted milk in baby formula in China.

Adoption and medical professionals are recommending that parents find out as much as possible and have their child seen by their physician.  Adoptive parents can re-read the proposal they received.  Some proposals actually name the brand of formula an orphanage uses.

With or without knowledge of the formula the child received, Sunrise strongly recommends that children be seen by their doctor.  He or she knows the child best and will be able to get baseline readings, which can be monitored for changes.
