The Children

  • All children are of Hispanic, Indian, African or mixed racial heritage.

  • Children commonly have been relinquished, abandoned or have had a termination of parental rights due to abuse or neglect.

There are certain age ranges that are considered by ICBF when determining an adoptive parent's eligibility to adopt a child. The referral criteria are based on the best interests of the child.
