Relative Adoptions

Sunrise assists with relativeve adoptions from Nigeria only.

The Parents

● Must be residents of British Columbia.

● Adoptive parents should have Nigerian heritage or be dual citizens of Nigeria and Canada.

● Married heterosexual couples or single women.

● Applicants should have at least an average income.

● Must be in good mental and physical health with no known condi􀆟ons that would impact their ability to adequately parent the child.

● Not currently using cannabis.

The Children

● Must be related to the applicants.
